2. Products and descriptions
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, fragrance notes and images are accurate. Product images are for illustration and colour or presentation may vary slightly.
Our fragrances are inspired fragrances and are not made by, affiliated with, endorsed by or connected with the original designer fragrance brands referenced in product descriptions. Any third-party brand and product names are used only to describe the fragrance inspiration.
3. Prices and offers
Unless stated otherwise, our 50ml fragrances are £24.99 each. Our current multi-buy offer is any 3 fragrances for £54.99. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and the applicable total is shown before payment.
We may change prices or promotions from time to time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.
4. Ordering and payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine issue such as an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, stock problem or inability to fulfil the order.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Available payment methods may include card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, subject to availability on the checkout device and payment provider.
5. Delivery
Free delivery currently applies to UK mainland orders. We are not currently offering standard online delivery options for areas outside the UK mainland. We intend to introduce additional shipping options and a shipping calculator for customers outside the mainland at a later stage.
Delivery times are shown or communicated as part of the ordering process where available. We will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, while your statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Returns, refunds and faulty goods
For online purchases, customers normally have a 14-day cancellation period from receiving their goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Further information is provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
8. Intellectual property
Website text, graphics, branding and original content belonging to Scent Up Fragrance or Scentup Ltd may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our business, website or legal obligations change. The version applicable to an order will be the version in force when the order is placed.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
