Our current delivery arrangements, including free UK mainland delivery and our plans for wider shipping options.

1. Current delivery area

We currently provide free delivery to the UK mainland.

UK mainland delivery does not currently include Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or other offshore locations. We are working towards adding suitable shipping options for customers outside the mainland.

2. Delivery charge

For eligible UK mainland orders, delivery is currently free. No delivery charge is added at checkout for this service.

3. Delivery times

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Any estimated delivery period shown at checkout or communicated after ordering is an estimate rather than a guarantee. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will provide reasonable assistance.

4. Future shipping options

At a later stage, we plan to integrate a shipping calculator and additional delivery options for customers outside the UK mainland. These options may include different services and charges depending on destination and delivery method.

5. Delivery problems

If your parcel arrives damaged, is missing, or you believe the wrong item has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@scentup.co.uk with your order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the packaging and product.
